Payments, Returns / Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online personal training experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a full refund if it's within the first 7-days, subject to the limitations outlined below.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and provide a brief explanation of your reason for the refund. We will process your request promptly, and you can expect the refund to be issued within 5 business days.
The REPX PRO plan does not offer any refunds as this includes a video consultation and a meal plan created for you.
You may cancel future subscriptions at any time via your account. Cancellations received after a renewal has been processed cannot be refunded.Six Month and twelve month training packages are purchased at a reduced rate and once started are not refundable. You may suspend your prepaid multi-month subscription for any reason for up to 30 days two times per calendar year by emailing reptentraining@gmail.com.
